By downloading, installing or using OxTV (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What OxTV is — and is not

OxTV is a media player. It plays audio and video streams from sources that you supply, such as Xtream Codes-compatible servers, M3U playlist URLs and M3U files.

OxTV is not a content service. The App does not include, bundle, host, provide, sell, recommend, index or link to any channels, playlists, streams, films, series, subscriptions or other content. We have no affiliation with any content provider, IPTV service or broadcaster. A source must be added by you before the App can play anything.

2. Your content sources and your responsibility

You are solely responsible for every source you add and everything you watch through the App. By adding a source you represent and warrant that:

• you have the legal right to access the content it provides in your jurisdiction;
• you have obtained any required subscription, license or authorization from the rightful provider;
• your use does not infringe any copyright, trademark, broadcasting right or other right of any third party, and does not violate any applicable law.

We do not review, monitor, verify, endorse or take responsibility for any source or content. Your relationship with a content provider — including payment, availability, quality, legality and support — is exclusively between you and that provider. We are not responsible for content accessed through the App under any circumstances.

You must not use the App to access content in violation of any law, and you must not use it to redistribute, rebroadcast or publicly perform content without authorization.

3. Intellectual property and infringement notices

The App, its design, logo and code are our property and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your license to use the App does not transfer any ownership.

Because we host no content, we are not in a position to remove any stream, channel or playlist. Notices concerning infringing content should be directed to the provider hosting that content. If you believe the App itself infringes your rights, contact info@avorna.com.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, sublicense or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.

5. Subscriptions and free trial

Some or all features of the App require a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store as an in-app purchase.

Current offering. At the time of these Terms, OxTV offers a 7-day free trial followed by an auto-renewing annual subscription. We may add, change, reprice or discontinue subscription plans, trial lengths and included features at any time. The plans available to you, their prices and their terms are those displayed in the App and in the App Store at the moment of purchase.

How it works.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings › [Apple ID] › Subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID, as enforced by Apple.

Refunds. All purchases are handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details and cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and are subject to Apple's refund policy and applicable law, including any statutory right of withdrawal in your country.

What a subscription covers. A subscription unlocks features of the App only. It does not include, and we do not provide, any channels, streams, playlists or content of any kind (see Section 1). We make no promise that any content source will work with the App during your subscription period.

Price changes. If we change the price of an existing subscription, Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price takes effect.

6. iCloud and data

The App syncs your settings, your source list and your playlists across your devices using your own iCloud account. This is part of how the App works and is not an optional feature. Credentials are never synced. You are responsible for keeping your Apple Account and your devices secure. See the OxTV Privacy Policy for what travels and what does not.

7. Master lock and minors

The App offers an optional master lock, which encrypts the playlists you choose to lock with a key derived from a PIN you set. There is no recovery: if you forget the PIN, neither we nor Apple can open what you locked. It is a convenience feature, not a guarantee. You are responsible for supervising any minor who uses a device with the App installed and for the content sources available to them. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the App.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. We are under no obligation to maintain compatibility with any particular content provider, server software, playlist format or stream type. Third-party services and formats may change in ways that stop the App from working with them; this is outside our control.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY SOURCE WILL BE AVAILABLE, LAWFUL OR OF ANY PARTICULAR QUALITY.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, IF ANY.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the content sources you add, the content you access, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Termination

Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. We may also terminate or suspend it at any time. On termination you must stop using and delete the App. Sections 2, 3, 9, 10 and 11 survive termination.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of İzmir, Turkey shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a revision constitutes acceptance. The current version is available at https://avorna.com/products/oxtv/terms and within the App.
